These tool holders were custom designed for each tool the customer needed hung in the garage. The holders are all built to hang on a typical peg board bought at many large box stores.

These holders were designed to custom fit each gun being hung on the wall. The holders have built in screw holes so any mounting and spacing can be utilized.

The customer has an older central vacuum system and needed a washer to hold the vacuum head onto the handle. As parts are no longer available, FireHat Designs was able to recreate the plastic washer and repair the vacuum.

The local school district has a drone program as part of their middle school. After several crashes, the prop guards were being destroyed. Replacement parts are expensive, so they contracted FireHat Designs to create and make new prop guards each year.

The customer wanted a means to mount the spare arrows for their compound bow. This 2 part holder allows them to be mounted at any angle for storage and safe keeping.

The customer is restoring an old house and trying to keep the original sinks and faucets. This particular faucet originally had a wooded flow washer inside the hardware. The customer wanted a plastic version for longevity of the replacement. FireHat Designs was able to recreate the wooden washer in PLA plastic and 3D print for the repair.

This customer was looking for an innovative place to mount her cell phone for offroad trips. We were able to utilize a topper bracket in the front window to mount a custom holder above the rear view mirror. This enables her to watch the road and get GPS updates as she runs the trails.

FireHat Designs utilized our supplies and equipment for the Covid Relief Project by 3D Printing over 1500 face shields for hospitals and long term care facilities.

The local high school lost a leg to an OHaus digital scale. As they are about impossible to find, FireHat Designs was able to reverse engineer one of the other legs and 3D print a replacement.
